The Training and Placement Cell of Maharaja Agrasen University serves as a bridge between recruiters and students, facilitating a smooth, transparent, and efficient recruitment process. The Placement Cell works closely with recruiters to ensure that the hiring process is conducted in a professional manner and that organizations are able to identify and recruit suitable candidates for their requirements. 

1. Communication with the Recruiters 
The recruitment process begins with communication between the organization and the Training & Placement Cell. Recruiters interested in hiring students from Maharaja Agrasen University may contact the Placement Cell through email, telephone, or official correspondence. The Placement Cell provides all necessary information regarding available programs, student profiles, academic schedules, and placement procedures. 

2. Receipt of Job Description (JD) 
The recruiting organization shares a detailed Job Description (JD) with the Training & Placement Cell. The JD generally includes important information such as: Eligibility criteria (academic qualifications, percentage requirements, specialization, etc.) Skills and competencies required Job profile and responsibilities Designation offered Work location Compensation package and benefits Selection process details Expected joining date The Placement Cell reviews the information and coordinates with the recruiter in case any clarification is required. 

3. Circulation of Opportunity Among Eligible Students 
After receiving the Job Description, the Placement Cell circulates the opportunity among eligible students through official communication channels. Students are informed about the eligibility criteria, job profile, compensation package, and application procedure. Adequate time is provided to students for registration and submission of applications. Normally, students are given approximately 28 to 48 hours to apply for the position, ensuring that all interested and eligible candidates get a fair opportunity to participate in the recruitment process. 

4. Sharing of Candidate Details with Recruiters 
Once the registration process is completed, the Placement Cell compiles the details of all eligible applicants. Student resumes and relevant information are carefully screened and organized before being shared with the recruiting organization. The recruiter receives a consolidated database of applicants, enabling them to review candidate profiles and shortlist students according to their requirements. 

5. Planning and Scheduling of the Selection Process 
Depending upon the number of applicants and the recruitment policies of the organization, the mode and structure of the selection process are discussed mutually between the recruiter and the Placement Cell. The recruitment schedule is finalized considering the convenience of both the recruiter and the students. The process may be conducted in online, offline, or hybrid mode. Dates, venues, infrastructure requirements, and technical support arrangements are finalized in advance to ensure smooth execution. 

6. Organization of the Recruitment Drive 
The recruitment drive is organized by the company with active support from the Training & Placement Cell. Placement Coordinators and School Representatives from Maharaja Agrasen University assist recruiters throughout the process. The Placement Cell provides necessary facilities such as: Examination halls and interview rooms Computer laboratories for online assessments Audio-visual equipment Candidate coordination and attendance management Technical and administrative support The objective is to ensure a professional and hassle-free recruitment experience for both recruiters and students. 

7. Conduct of Selection Process 
 The selection process may vary from company to company depending upon the nature of the role and organizational requirements. The Placement Cell assists recruiters in conducting all stages of the recruitment process efficiently. 8. Finalization of Selected Candidates 
After completion of all selection stages, the recruiting organization evaluates the performance of candidates and finalizes the list of selected students. The final selection is entirely based on the company's recruitment criteria and assessment process. The recruiter communicates the final results to the Placement Cell, which subsequently informs the students and maintains official placement records. 

9. Issuance of Offer Letters 
Upon successful selection, offer letters are issued by the recruiting organization. The offer letters may be communicated directly to the selected candidates or routed through the Training & Placement Cell for further dissemination. The offer letter generally includes: Job designation Compensation package Place of posting Terms and conditions of employment Date of joining Other employment-related information The Placement Cell assists students in understanding the joining formalities whenever required. 

10. Joining of Candidates 
Selected candidates join the organization as per the terms mentioned in their offer letters. Students are expected to complete all necessary documentation and onboarding requirements prescribed by the employer. The Placement Cell maintains regular communication with recruiters and students to facilitate a smooth transition from campus recruitment to professional employment. 

Important Note for Recruiters 
The University conducts Semester Examinations during the months of December and May every year. To ensure maximum student participation and smooth execution of placement activities, recruiters are kindly requested to complete their selection processes before these examination months.
